AS I SEE IT: Overnight markets rallied on the Google, Citigroup and Caterpillar earnings. The E-mini S&P sold off a little during the first hour’s regular trading session before a rally started that lasted for the next three hours. After mid-day the S&P started selling off into the close but still ended up 15.75 points on the day.

Next week the calendar is filled with earnings reports so the E-mini S&P should continue to have nice trading ranges. Our short term trading strategies turned up on Wednesday and the market has continued to move higher. Intermediate and long term strategies are still in the sell zone. I’ll be paying attention to the gap down to Thursday’s close, but if the market holds the rally our strategies will keep me on the long side. Traders don’t seem to mind if Oil trades above $116.00 a barrel.

I HOPE YOU MADE MONEY THIS WEEK!

HAVE A GOOD WEEKEND AND GET READY FOR MORE GOOD TRADING NEXT WEEK!

Have as much fun trading as I do!
